On phoning Octopus for the first time ever today I didn't have to wait long to speak to a member of staff. My contact was Dexter, he was brilliant in every aspect, he was very professional, patient, informative, exceedingly helpful and spoke exceedingly good Queens English so I could easily understand everything he was saying. He made me feel totally relaxed and valued! It would be nice if all companies customer service staff were even half as good as Dexter.
