We have been making enquiries about changing our power supplier as we are having a Heatpump fitted also by Octopus. We have today started the swap-over, changing suppliers is something I don't often do the man on the phone spent nearly an hour sorting things out with me. He deserves my thanks (Thomas).
Now looking forward to seeing the changes working.
