I have been with Octopus for a few years now and have, unfailingly, always had prompt, courteous and properly considered responses to any queries I have put their way with follow up to ensure that I am happy with the response. My latest concern about smart meters brought a reassuring and informative reply from the lovely Eloise. All good!
