Even though I wasn't a customer, the wait wasn't too long. I had several complicated questions, and Thomas was charming and helpful, learning a few new things along the way. In total, it was a 53 minute phone call, not because of long waits, but because he wanted to be as helpful as possible and answer our questions fully. By the end of the conversation I was a signed up Octopus member, and the happier for it.
