I contacted Octopus energy regarding switching to them as our gas/electric provider. An assistant named Emily answered my phone. I explained what I wanted to do. Emily was very polite, helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions and patiently went through the process with me. I felt that Emily was very professional, approachable and clearly knows her job well. She made the whole experience very easy and understandable. If this is an example of the Octopus's customer service, then I am very glad that we have switched.
