It was great to speak with someone swiftly who listened to my inquiry . I transferred many small business accounts to Octopus and the transfer arrangements were dealt with efficiently. Mo returned my e mails queries the same day and ironed out any glitches that arose . Customer service was much better than with my previous supplier.
