I was with British Gas for many years and I had a number of questions to ask before making the switch. These were dealt with by Mo efficiently and with curtesy so I was pleased to make the switch with confidence. Also impressed by the speed he sent e-mails setting out details of the switching date, Direct Debit dates and setting up my account on line.
