i had an extremely pleasant and helpful conversation with (Garima Kumar) at octopus energy customer services this afternoon.
i needed to change my electricity tariff and was having some trouble in doing it and as soon as she realised i was having this problem because i am visually impared she instantly did it all for me.
this made things much easier and quicker.
