I received help from Raiyan today who assisted me in joining Octopus energy. He was very helpful and made the process easy, clear and he was very patient too. I found Raiyan to be professional, clear in his explanation of the change and what it entailed. He treated me well and it was easy to understand what my transfer entailed, it would be great if there was more customer service agents like him.
