Areeba was exceptional! Had a terrible experience through EDF and Areeba who works for Octopus has done a fantastic job ! Very friendly, explained everything about the switch ! Even sounded enthusiastic about her job ! What a gem you have working for you!! Greg Jackson please give this employee a meal voucher for her holiday next week. She is an absolute diamond ! Can’t wait to get my switch sorted !
