Amaan was excellent, very patient & stayed on the phone with me for over half an hour. Nothing I asked was too much trouble for him to explain. I can understand why Octopus is getting the customer service so right! It's because you can talk to a human! Hopefully the transition from our current supplier to Octopus, will be as easy as today was
