I have been an Octopus energy customer for a number of years now. More recently I had solar panels installed. I was very unsure of the process for selling any unused electricity back to the grid. Emily was brilliant in sending me instructions which I was able to follow. I felt very supported by her throughout the whole process.
I particularly like the fact that the company is environmentally focused and is not totally concerned with making the biggest profit.
