So today I opened my first energy account with Kainaat at Octopus energy. I was so overwhelmed when ringing because it was something I have never done before and Kainaat was amazing! She is the kindest, most friendliest person to ever speak to and was extremely helpful. She explained everything to me in detail and made sure I felt confident that I knew the process. I honestly couldn’t have asked for anymore.
