Spoke to Mark H COV10 this afternoon 26th March 2025 regarding my tariff change. Mark was a very personable gentleman and also very knowledgeable. He guided me through the different tariffs and helped me decide which was best for me. As a pensioner with severe health issues, main one being cancer, it was lovely to discuss changes with no pressure. He is a credit to Octopus Energy. Thank you Mark.
