Lucy answered my call promptly.She was charming and instantly understood my problem. She dealt with it immediately and promptly with out reading out reams of nonsensical “ legal requirements”. I have had a lot ( nearly all ) dreadful experiences with energy companies on the phone and I was putting of this call. I was so surprised. It was a pleasure talking to you Lucy. Any one that get you on their call is in for a treat! In contrast Sandy whom I have exchanged about 5 e mails with on 2 different topics was polite but went round and round in circles and never actually seemed to understand the problem.
