I was contacted by letter which said I wasn't on the cheapest tariff anymore so I phoned immediately I waited no longer than 5 minutes to get through the customer services advisor confirmed what the letter sofas and explained it in layman's terms I agreed to switch tariffs and that was it no repetitive questions no being placed on hold great customer service
