So far a great service, only waited about two minutes to get to speak to someone who sorted my issue. Then today only waited about 15 seconds to get connected again and spoke with a very friendly Garima who kindly sorted another issue.Brilliant …not often nowadays that you can actually speak with someone in a big organisation let alone in two minutes.
