Firstly, my call was picked up within 5 minutes, and I'm usually waiting at least half an hour with other energy companies.
Secondly, the specialist, Thomas, was very friendly and kind, complimented my name, and was very clear in his explanation, and most importantly, solved my issue within 5 minutes as well.
They really do live up to their reputation for being recommended by Which? for 8 years in a row, mainly for their customer service.
