Hello there and Good morning.
I would just like to say that I am not a fan of having to call an energy supplier to discuss tariff's, leaving, joining etc, but on this occasion I will say that Joshua made me feel more comfortable and that I was included in the discussion rather than being dictated to.
Joshua's approach was very professional but also with a listening ear to understand my reasoning for leaving my previous supplier (E-ON).
Joshua explained everything that was asked and made my decision very easy.
