I've just registered with Octopus energy as I'm moving flats in a couple of weeks and the next flat's energy supplier is Octopus energy. I wanted to open an account now. I spoke to Amaan who helped me through the process. He was extremely helpful and polite. The call was quite lengthy due to the nature but Amaan was patient and provided me with all information I needed and answered all my questions. He's a great asset to the company.
