Jamie-Leigh was really helpful. She went above and beyond my expectations to find out exactly what stage my export process was at. What really impressed was getting a personalised e-mail asking me to get in touch in a couple of weeks in case the export agreement wasn't completed in time. It's lovely to deal with a person, especially when said person is as competent as Jamie-Leigh clearly is! This sets the new standard for all other customer services teams!
