Tom was absolutely outstanding. He clearly guided me through the various options regarding a transfer of provider and suitable tariffs. He was patient and polite throughout and spoke without any degree of irritation when I was unable to immediately provide all of the information he required. On sending emails he confirmed that I had received them. He was able to advise on the referral scheme which resulted in a second contract being taken out for a family member. He was a stellar example of proper customer care and I hope this bodes well for my time with Octopus.
