I rarely need to call Octopus, but when I do the team are friendly, professional and helpful, and sort out my issue with the minimum of fuss. Thanks to Gemma today for explaining why my balance hadn't transferred to my new address, fixing it so it would transfer, and clearly explaining the next steps.
