Very clear, concise advice and service from Mo, who obviously knows his stuff and has a very polite and friendly attitude. I had several questions about coverage and a reasonably complex case with Solar, batteries and limited smart meter availability and got all the answers I needed immediately. The switching process was tefreshingly easy too.
