I was greeted by a very friendly Joy who very quickly found my account details , I rang because I hadn't received the usual email from Octopus which informs me of the amount of my bill with a pdf statement which I like to print for my records. I am so grateful that Joy immediately said that she would send it to me. Thank you so much.
