Couldn't be more thrilled with the wonderful consistent customer care from Octopus Energy, they're so pleasant to speak with, approachable in conversation and responsive via emails and enquiries. I choose Octopus because they offer such a great service and no ask is too big. I personally love that I have got the same advisor a few times now, and is so helpful and kind. I really appreciate all they do to provide information in an easy to understand way, and remain affordable and make their customers feel valued.
