Octopus is an outstanding company. I have never experienced a more user-friendly provider, user interface and customer service than with Octopus. No empty promises but transparency, easy, straightforward processes and fantastic, friendly customer service. Tony, who dealt with my call today was super helpful, had the relevant info straight away and resolved my query immediately. I can only recommend Octopus to everyone.
