Submitted an incorrect meter read for end April which resulted in a big debt against me on my account. My fault entirely. Contacted Octopus by phone who answered straight away and spoke to Terry S. Terry was polite and very efficient and after establishing ID, explaining the situation to him and giving him the correct meter read he corrected the situation in very short order. Thank you Terry, you are a credit to your company! And thank you Octopus from an established customer.
