I am new customer to Octopus Energy and have been amazed by their services. Their website is easy to navigate, use and transparent. Octopus Energy also gave a competitive quote. Additionally, when I have contacted them on the phone, the call waiting time was less than 5 minutes, and the Customer Services Advisor - Tasj, was friendly, professional and efficient!
