Octopus truly do have great customer service. Was anticipating a long wait to get through but was answered withing a couple of minutes.
Spoke to Zaid who was super friendly, upbeat and had a great telephone manner. Zaid was very helpful and informative and certainly epitomises the Octopus customer service mentality. Zaid mentioned towards the end of the call he was new in his role which surprised me as I never would have guessed judging by the conversation I just had with him. Testament to Zaid and the Octopus team who train thier new staff!
