I spoke with Sammy today at the Octopus Energy team. She was so helpful, friendly and very quick to agree to my request and adjusted my monthly D.D. to the agreed appropriate amount.
I think Sammy is a great credit to the company, and I was most impressed by her general telephone manner and her ability to put me at ease, taking time to ensure I understood the situation going forward, offering me help at any time.
