Just joined Octopus and so far it is excellent. The agent arranging the transfer was helpful, knowledge, patient and efficient. The follow up service has been efficient and bcked up by a really excellent customer services operation that has responded quickly and efficiently from a real human being to every issue. It is strikingly different from the customer services of other providers who rely too much on frustrating dumb AI robots that cannot understand what you want and are frustratingly obstructive in letting you get to a real human being who can.
