Lauryn, at customer services was absolutely brilliant, I have been trying to get my IHD working for the last 2 week and Lauryn was the only one that could sort this for me, she is a credit to the company.
Lauryn had a new unit sent to me next day and it was working within minutes after arrival.
Shame not all in Octopus has the knowledge to sort out problems this quickly.
