I was able to switch back to Octopus Energy from my current provider OVO which was too expensive and I am struggling to pay it. Kieran helped me through the process and he explained everything and the process going forward. He was very polite and made it so easy to switch and i feel very relieved that I can now afford to pay my gas and electric so Thank you Kieran
