Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable about the EV tariff change I was enquiring about. He also during the call changed my Gas Tariff to a more beneficial tariff. He was very pleasant throughout the call and has sent me an email advising me of how to change my tariff to the EV tariff which will most benefit me. Excellent customer service from him. A pleasure to speak to him.
