Hi I just wanted to say how happy I am with Samantha from COV-15 team at Octopus. She was polite and friendly, she listened to my needs on the initial first call I made. She dealt with my query professionally and I received a follow-up call today with an update which she promised would happen. Working In a call centre can be challenging at times as I used to work In one for 23 years. I remember how pleased I was when I received positive feedback from customers, It makes all the difference.
