I was transferred to Octopus Energy from Co-op Energy. It has been a most pleasurable experience and one that I have been very happy to be part of. I have sought answers to questions on line, so I have never been kept waiting in a telephone queue! Everything I have ever made an enquiry about was resolved immediately. I have enjoyed the challenges of the hour ‘switch everything off’ and have been able to give my savings to someone whose needs are greater than mine. It really is a very very caring company and I really don’t know why everyone isn’t a member……except perhaps we might lose out by that! move!
