I had what I thought was a malfunction on my electricity meter which Indicated to me I i had used an additional 1000 units in a month. I was shocked .i emailed Octopus immediately sent a snap shot of my meter Salim responded quickly , he advised me I hadn’t used the 1000 I had mis read the pointer on the dials . What a relief he was reassuring and most helpful . Excellent customer service .thank you Salim . 😋
