A big thank you to Mark who has been so very helpful.
How good to be helped by someone who I felt was genuinely interested in sorting out any issues. Mark was polite and professional, he clearly knew what he was doing and got to the problem quickly. He then rectified the error immediately.
Absolutely excellent customer service..... I'm a relatively new customer so this confirms to me that I made the right choice.
