Thank you Raiyan. I spoke with you yesterday. I recently bought my new house and wanted to swap to Octopus. Because of my recent move I had to call due to you not having my previous address. I had a complete block with the address details and couldn’t remember my previous postcode. You were so calm and polite whilst you waited for my details. What you didn’t know was that at the same time of my purchase and move date, my mum died. 2 major life events in one with 2 very little children. Whilst I was packing to move I was issued with a death certificate and when we unpacked we had her funeral! It has been the most difficult period of my life and probably explains my complete block yesterday. Thank you for your calm demeanour. You were polite and gave me the time I needed.
