My thanks to Vic, who handled my query today about our smart meters; they need a visit from an engineer (arranged today by Vic) to get the problem sorted - the problem being that the meters, (gas and electric), do not seem to be talking to Octopus Energy.
Vic was friendly and helpful - and she didn't mind me going off subject for a minute to tell her that my cat was being stupid, chasing imaginary mice!
