Just spoke to Emily on the phone and was expecting a long drawn out affair but the problem was dealt with efficiently in a fraction of the time I expected, all without the usual being on hold listening to silly music beforehand which I've come to expect from most large British companies, she was also really friendly, overall a really good experience calling my new energy supplier.
