I had a terrible time for two to three months with British Gas, and have been desperate to get away from the.
Applied on line to switch, and there was a problem (I had a previous account with Octopus).
Rang the number given, and got through to Thomas, who was excellent.
He talked me all the way through the process, even getting me to down and up 3 flights of stairs for meter readings!
Hopefully all will go well, and I will be back home with Octopus very soon.
I will think twice before switching to some one else in future.
