I spoke with Amaan today for nearly an hour as my case was a bit complicated. Despite my lack of knowledge in certain areas, Amaan was really patient, good humoured and really informative. Seriously the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! The phone call felt like Amaan genuinely cared that I understood everything whilst also giving me options rather than the usual ‘spin’ most companies give.
