It was so lovely to be able to switch from our current supplier to Octopus so effortlessly. Octopus stands out from the crowd because we can phone you and we get a lovely person on the other end of the phone who we understand and who can explain things and sort things out for us with ease. Mariah did just that for us a couple of days ago when we switched- she was really helpful, patient, articulate and kind. She made us feel in very safe hands and having spoken to her it confirmed to us that we are absolutely doing the right thing.
