Jay Bradburywas very helpful and gave us clarification on our inquiries regarding gas meter repairs and smart meter installation. He also advised to email Octopus once the smart meter is installed so they can ensure a fair fee is being billed for the period of the time the existing gas meter has not been working so we could not provide meter readings for a couple of months .
