I can not begin to describe just how brilliant it was to be supported on my call with Aadam today. I was very nervous about switchin to a new service and Aadam was able to make me feel at ease and guided me through the process, informing me of everything that was needed, in a way that was informative but not overwhelming. The process was extremely quick and the service provided during the time of my call was extremely high quality. Aadam was so easy to talk to and incredibly patient, listening to my concerns and my queries and answering each one without hesitation or trepidation. This is my first experience with Octopus Energy. If their ability as an electricity provider is as good as Aadam's customer service then I will consider myself to be incredibly fortunate.
