Spoke to Hussein today regarding my pending switchover from British Gas. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable with regards to my query. Call was answered within a minute, which was refreshing, however there was a lot of background noise which made it difficult to hear (not really Husseins fault, just some general feedback).
