When I emailed a few days ago to say I was still waiting for my smart meter to be reset, Pete did a good job and communicated effectively until the problem was solved. Just a shame when I reported the issue months ago nothing was done until I emailed again recently asking for it to be fixed, and Pete very quickly and easily fixed it.
