I find the staff at Octopus generally to be helpful and you are not kept waiting ages as with most companies. I have had a problem getting my solar panels to begin operating, far more complicated than I thought. Hussein from Octopus was so patient and very helpful talking me through the process. I can't thank him enough. I really appreciated Hussein's help.
